Pay back is based on new and reoccurring sales. However, if you lose a major client due to reasons beyond your control, you will basically be in debt to the company. Sales people beware!!

The comp plan for bonuses/commission is uncompetitive compared to other sales roles. Leadership and culture is what makes OC Tanner great. If the pay/comp plan can improve, this place is a 5/5.
