Enterprise sales role called Managing Director is 100% commission. You do receive a “healthy base” but it must be paid back before receiving commission. Pay back is based on new and reoccurring sales. However, if you lose a major client due to reasons beyond your control, you will basically be in debt to the company. Sales people beware!!

Great place to work, great leadership, high morale. They have great training and tools to make you successful. Compensation for the AE role is below market average. The comp plan for bonuses/commission is uncompetitive compared to other sales roles. Leadership and culture is what makes OC Tanner great. If the pay/comp plan can improve, this place is a 5/5.
