Great products focused on critical infrastructure. The drive to go IPO changed the culture dramatically. They drove out performers because they didn’t want to pay them.

Product is incredible but good reps are punished by carrying ridiculous quotas. Poor reps get away with low targets yet still miss the target. Certain reps will work renewals only. Too many reps covering the same territories. Overall I had a good experience at OPSWAT, mainly because of the people and my team. However, Sr. Leadership fosters a culture of fear, mistrust, & uncertainty. Turnover is really high.
