Great product, leadership that cares and wants to succeed. Pay is low and difficult learning curve to get up to speed and start making real commission. Individual success Depends greatly on your team lead.

Experience has been great so far. Biggest downside is base pay and earnings potential. All inbound leads. No cold calls. Seems like there are plenty of ways to excel in this role.

The product deserves more recognition as it’s truly something special. However the employees do not get compensated well and leadership is extremely disorganized which causes a lot of frustration and confusion downstream.
