Current Employee Overall, great place to get your career started and learn sales.
The pay is abysmal especially for the Bay Area. The require 3 days a week in office and rest is remote. Snacks, coffee, and food are provided so that is a nice perk. Salaries range from 50-75k base and OTE of 75-100k.
Upper management can be a bit difficult to work with and lots of rules are changed on the fly. Your team lead aka manager will dictate a lot of your experience at Odoo.
Good place to "get your feet wet in tech".
