Decent comp but with little chance of hitting your OTE, much less blowing it out, due to intense competition from Microsoft, churn issues, and other things. RSU refreshes are small. Current Employee4.0Dec 8, 2023An evolving business and industry. Okta is well placed across the entire identity suite and the innovation is fantastic. Sales leadership is strong and this flows down to individual contributors well. Salesforce platform is complex due to merging with Auth0 (duplicate data, complex quoting processes) but it's manageable.
