Generally nice people, no definable culture. Decent comp but with little chance of hitting your OTE, much less blowing it out, due to intense competition from Microsoft, churn issues, and other things. RSU refreshes are small. A lot of mediocrity in the sales force and little accountability for poor performance. Many reps need to be managed out. Company would benefit from a wartime CEO who's willing to go at Microsoft hard and stop the security incidents that keep making sales harder. CEO needs to go.

SMB Emerging Sales at Okta is a black hole. You are selling into businesses with 100-300 employees, it is difficult and inbound opportunities are extremely rare. You will spend the majority of your time as an SDR building your own pipeline with leads that have been beaten to death in your assigned patch.
