Overall great entry level SDR role, training is mid at best but if you know sales you are off to a great start. Leadership cares about their numbers and will only fight for that, not you.

Okta is a great company, and used to be a great sales org. As of recently, the commercial org made changes to a farmer/hunter split, and that has brought on significant challenges.
