Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I was a top performer for over a year and a half and recently decided to leave. Although I loved working for Okta there are many issues hitting the sales organization. They do not value top performers at all. People do not quit jobs. They quit: Poor management, poor compensation, poor culture, lack of growth, and lack of support.
A good majority of top talent has either has already quit, or is planning to quit or at least talking about it. Creating horrible moral and an overall toxic and political workplace.
I will leave you with this - and please don't take this as every manager is bad at Okta, because they aren't. I was extremely integral in my direct manager going to P-Club for FY23. I never was offered a thank you for my hard work nor was any type of gratification toward our team was shown at all, the manager told us they were going on PTO.
Please Okta, I love you but...get it together!
