Leadership makes changes annually, all well intentioned. It feels like they do their best to both listen and try to incorporate feedback from the teams while also prioritizing growth. Exceptional group of people. The change this year is significant. Switching to customer or new business roles, and segmenting out product specialty lines for customer identity vs workforce identity.
