Okta is a great place to work with strong incentives for sellers. Product/market fit is developing more as Okta expands its offering into new areas like PAM and Governance.

It’s tough to be at Okta right now. They need to fix the ROE’s and they need to adjust segment lines. You’re going to make money, by there is a lot of political headwind. Managers are great, AVP’s are great, there is a ton of support being given by those folks to the field. It’s above that feels concerning.

Dysfunctional GTM org undergoing constant changes. Core SSO is a beloved product but hard time selling anything else.

Great product, but leadership is lost. GTM has changed three times over the past three years. Your success as a rep is 100% determined by the health of your territory. The churn is incredibly high.
