Okta was an amazing company during my time there. I truly enjoyed working with the team and found the product to be strong and impactful. Executive leadership appears to be steering the company in a positive direction, which gives confidence in its future growth. For SDRs looking to transition into an AE role, be mindful that the typical timeline is around 24 months before you can interview, with all new roles starting the first day of the new fiscal year. Overall, Okta provides a great environment to learn, grow, and advance in your sales career.

Positive overall. Management is mostly supportive of sales but product is struggling, to say the least, with market fit over the past 2-3 years and not trending in the right direction. Your success is highly dependent on your territory.
