VP of sales is pretty bad at sales in general - much better fit at a larger company with a recognizable brand behind him. He's failed at 3 small-startups and got lucky at one public company. Sales leaders in general VP/Director/GM are "Yes" men/women.

I have been extremely disappointed by the management at OneSignal. The company seems to be sinking despite the freemium model and PLG approach. My experience has been great, it's a competitive space but OneSignal gets a ton of inbound and there is strong product market fit.
