The sales org is well run however the product isn't competitive in the upper mid market or enterprise space. Very few people will hit their targets this year and the company historically hasn't hit their revenue target. If you're looking for some solid training and your first opportunity to sell into fortune 1000 orgs this could be good for you, just don't expect to make enterprise money. The average deal size is around $35k, and you'll be going through more complex deal cycles to close SMB size deals.

Salary is great, comp is great and target really achievable. Downside is SDR management lack any common sense, trust in their team and gives SDR's busy work with no aim of making you productive

Great product, enjoyed my tenure and recommend the company. It's a competitive space but OneSignal has a ton of free users and plg motion that helps drive sales conversations.
