Former Employee I have been extremely disappointed by the management at OneSignal. The company seems to be sinking despite the freemium model and PLG approach. The management's decision to terminate seven people from the sales team showcases their inability to devised a successful strategy, and their belief that cold calling is the solution points to a serious lack of understanding of modern business dynamics. It's disheartening to see a lack of tangible solutions or innovations to address the fundamental issues afflicting the business. I'm left with no choice but to give a 1-star rating to a company that was once promising but is now spiraling downwards due to a lack of effective leadership
