Named Account Manager vs Commercial Account Executive. What are the main differences and which team would you rather be on?

More QuestionsQ for the Account Director Role (50 net new accounts over $1B, quota $1.3m). Salary seems great (155k and OTE 310k). But w/ avg deal size of 300k, you'd need 5 net new deals (10% of patch) to hit quota. that doesn't seem realistic. Is that a true avg deal size? Are most deals inbound evaluations?As a Named Account Manager (Enterprise) with 50+ accounts and average deal size of $300k. How often are folks hitting their number and making good money? I work in a similar role at another company but I have significantly less accounts to manage. 50 seems high for this role and to good to be true.
