Current Employee3.9Nov 11, 2025Executive Management does not travel to the west coast. Lack of brand awareness in CA. Long sales cycles. Limited GSI partnerships. BDR organization is getting better. Too much non-selling activity driven from sales operations. Sales management will ask you to do things they never did in their careers. Old school mentality of more dials equals more pipeline.
