This is one of the best places i've ever worked. From the entry level role of a BDR to the higher leadership roles it feels like we're all one big team and no one is above the other. Everyone likes to have a good time, and everyone likes to see you win. This job can be tough but there's a lot in place to make it fun and the team environment is unmatched. I wish the road to promotion was more clear from a BDR up ,but it is possible. Highly recommended

As with lots of companies your experience working at OneStream will vary based on your location and the team you work for. At the time of writing the commercial accounts seem to active and it is quieter across enterprise accounts. The same is true of partner relationships. In some locations they are mature and working well, in others they are not.

Sinking ship since IPO, many are looking for an exit while management is waiting for their lockups to expire and all retire to their homes in Naples. The AEs who have been there 5+ years and/or previously worked for Hyperion/Oracle have a monopoly on the blue chip accounts that buy, everyone else fights over the scraps.
