As with lots of companies your experience working at OneStream will vary based on your location and the team you work for. At the time of writing the commercial accounts seem to active and it is quieter across enterprise accounts. The same is true of partner relationships. In some locations they are mature and working well, in others they are not.

Executive Management does not travel to the west coast. Lack of brand awareness in CA. Long sales cycles. Limited GSI partnerships. BDR organization is getting better. Too much non-selling activity driven from sales operations. Sales management will ask you to do things they never did in their careers. Old school mentality of more dials equals more pipeline.

The product is needed and can be well received. However, training is completely lacking. They invest nothing into training new employees. Because Business Development Representative is an entry level role they should invest more in training rather than just watch videos especially when the vendor they use for training has the capability to do role plays and things....Read More
