Saw the latest funding news for OneTrust, congrats!  There are a ton of open Sales roles on their career page - should I give it a look? score on here isnt too great - why is that?

This should be seen as a warning sign. It's a down round, the valuation has fallen $600m in two years and after nearly a billion of investment it's only worth 4.1b. I left as the compensation is poor and only goes down as targets rose. Stay clear I promise it's not a good place

There are a ton of roles open; check out how long folks have stayed there.  They promise the world and once you get in, you realize its a boiler room environment.

There are a lot of roles because people have been leaving and moving elsewhere. Toxic environment, higher management doesn't really know what they want and they are really poor at communicating. They have also been trying to force people to move to other cities (see folks in the UK being asked to be relocated in Madrid). Stay absolutely clear.

Disagree with the down round. The higher valuation was during the timeframe (COVID) when tech valuation were hyper inflated. Tech has come back to reality. With that said, still a lot of growing pains. Not enough SKUs/products available to sell to accounts to hit quotas. Quotas are too high.

Thank you! There are a lot of roles open and it seems the team's direction is looking for more senior representatives. I would encourage you to try to leverage an internal referral. The score is not so great due to the last couple of years and the internal changes that have come following the pandemic. From my perspective, the company is going to be a leader in this space, but still will have some growing pains on the way to the top.

I disagree with the negative comment on the down round. All tech companies have been hit and are valued at less than what they were. OneTrust is in a good place. I know the company is looking for more experienced Enterprise account executives with (think Fortune 1000+ sized accounts).
