Question

OneTrust had a big turnover in leadership. How is that going? Is there plans to IPO at some point or are y'all hoping to get acquired? Is the CEO as bad as people say?

Leadership lacks a true understanding of the target market and the CEO is no longer involved in any meaningful capacity. Their inability to retain top talent stems from a toxic culture that permeates from the top down. Compensation plans excite new hires and anger long time employees, marketing and product are as far apart as it gets, and the territories + annual targets have no sound justification.

On the topic of leadership, the CMO and Chief People Officer are among a few of the leadership hires that should be relieved of their duties. CMO has demonstrated a lack of understanding for the market and CPO believes getting a tiktok video of a c-level execs will reverse the erosion of trust internally at OT.

The company is trying to move into a more structured corporate environment, similar to  other large corporations.  Plans to IPO but nobody knows when. CEO is normal as a person but leadership is lacking when it comes to accountability and strategy and that starts at the top so CEO takes blame.

It is going well. There are plans to IPO, but the timeline has not been shared. The CEO is solid and I think the leadership team has a good direction of where the products and sales teams are headed.

Not sure what you're referring to in leadership turnover? We've hired a great Chief Customer Officer, Head of North American sales and more with no leaders leaving in the past 2 years. These leaders have been there, done that in other large companies which gives me confidence in our direction.
