Former Employee I appreciated the opportunity to work with a global team and grow professionally. However, my experience was impacted by clear favoritism toward the EMEA teams, which often received preferential treatment in terms of recognition, resources, and leadership support. This created an uneven playing field and made collaboration across regions more difficult.
Another major concern was the inconsistency in how disciplinary actions were handled. There seemed to be no standard process—some individuals were reprimanded harshly for minor issues, while others were not held accountable at all. This lack of fairness led to confusion and frustration across teams.
Additionally, I found the leadership style to be fear-driven at times, which is not a motivating or sustainable approach for me. I thrive in environments where leaders inspire through clarity, support, and mutual respect—not intimidation.
