Current Employee2.0Oct 3, 2023I’d seriously reconsider and only work for that company if you have absolutely no other choice. Very hard to make money, it’s hard to do business with OT, a lot of internal processes and blockers, small average deal size, no culture.

You have to fix broken implementations and have resources for those implementations before you can ask for more money from customers. Former Employee3.3May 1, 2024OneTrust has a great product but makes changes frequently and doesn’t communicate well to their employees. They move like a small company but are too big to do so. New sales leadership is great and I’m sure they will turn things around for the better. Eventually.
