Complete meltdown of no effective gtm strategy. Management team not listening to reps feedback ultimately leading to many quitting. You have to fix broken implementations and have resources for those implementations before you can ask for more money from customers. References will be easier to come by rather than just trying to sell dreams. Attracted good individual contributors but never logical gtm from the top down. Need much more technical expertise versus headcount for sales.

My experience in OneTrust's sales org was awful, the company is a mess with poor leadership who make bad decisions.
