My experience was fantastic to start. Great manager and team culture. Executive leadership then did a "restructuring" breaking up teams all over. Culture soon went downhill. Changed European headquarters from London to Madrid which also caused issues. Great people still work there, but it is not the same culture or booming sales market as it was.

Not consistent. Yes, it is a startup but there were groupies that support one another.

Do not join, it is a toxic culture. The high earning potential has gone and after all that even as a top performer I left as job security isn't guaranteed,. One of the team got let go doing 200% of his quarterly number as he didn't fit the model.
