Started out great back in 2019 - 2022. Scaled quickly hiring a ton and stacking middle management. Leadership turnover from the top was on going and never could find the right personnel to lead from VP +

Toxic company with unethical management that squeezes employees like a lemon. Unrealistic expectations / targets and micromanagement. They will monitor your social media accounts and hijack your personal Linkedin account, no difference of opinion is allowed. Culture of fear, insecurity and favoritism.

the lack of inbound leads for my region in my specific product kine was very frustrating because of a lack of marketing efforts culturally relevant. I had to initiate new efforts on my own.
