It feels like 3 years of a social experiment on how far you can push reps before they break. 3 years, 4 different sales VP's, 5 mass layoffs, and almost no new logos for the entire enterprise team. Our whole team of 8 got 25 leads from SDR's in the whole fiscal year. After 3 years of consistently failing at getting logos they finally realize taht we are not going to get acquired and we should probably invest in the product. Now we have to play catch up with no resources to play. This ship is sinking very quickly.

I've been at One Identity less than two years and my experience has been very positive. The pay/incentive structure is very competitive and I enjoy working with my leadership. My manager actually manages and wants to get in front of customers. Sales VP is smart, knows the industry, and is charming with customers.
