Makes it very difficult to sell. There is a Inbound team and a different team for which I am on. The inbound team is a lot more effective here. There is favortism as well here which is always not a good thing to deal with.

Great people and sense of comradery. Marketing does not get the sales teams enough leads. Product is very easy to sell with extremely quick sales cycle.
