OpenGov is going through a shift, but this is likely a company that will do well long term. Have to get through the first 3 quarters and then you have a great feel for everything.

OpenGov’s PMF is very strong. There is a big need for Governments to streamline processes and upgrade outdated systems/standards

OpenGov is, generally speaking, a really good place to work… IF you bust your ass for 8-12 months, things fall in place for you to be really successful after ramping. Some products are better than others, same with territories, but the BEST reps will stand out no matter the territory or suite they sell.
