Lack of transparency across leadership. Managers often make promises that go unfulfilled in regards to process change or listening to feedback. Micromanagement across the board. Never felt as though we were set up for success. Often given busy work by new managers or leaders so that they could say they built or created new processes or initiatives that did little to nothing for the actual IC.
