Overall the product is very competitive. However if you're an SDR there is zero promotion path and you'll likely be stuck in the same role for 2-3 years with different job titles.

Lots of great momentum happening at Optimizely right now, and targets were lowered in the US this year to a more attainable number. Overall I'm happy with this role and product fit in the market. More leads would be great.
