My overall experience with Optiv has been terrific! The Sales team works to help each other grow and improve as does leadership strive to help employees grow. I wish base pay for roles were more in line with the industry average, but overall it has been a wonderful experience so far.

Internal communication is stifled, lots of finger pointing, and lots of sales people not hitting their numbers. Management is clueless, morale is low, and most people feel as though they have little to no direction for leadership.
