Optiv has strong capabilities, but leadership's focus is too short-sighted. To be successful in this role, you need rep continuity to establish strong customer relationships. There is too much rep turnover and too many disruptive changes coming down from executive leadership. Compensation is not the greatest either. Optiv's oultook as a company is poor especially with the current CEO and CRO in charge.
