Optum has a lot of different products and serves many different customer types. If the product you represent is in a great territory, the chance of being successful is higher. If you have a struggling product it is much harder. Quota's are set the same for everyone regardless of territory or product / market fit and can make it extremely difficult to achieve goals.

My overall experience has led me to believe that it’s a great company to work for, but you are taking a major pay cut to have the “name” behind you.
