Current Employee3.9Nov 11, 2025Good company. A level of inconsistency in terms of sales performance but the UK are doing well and the majority of the team are on track for annual quota's. Comp plan is not really that aligned to bigger deals but Product Market Fit is very much there.

Most reps here do not achieve quota unless they get super lucky and close a big new logo and have a current customer complete a big upgrade. Product is very complex and hard to sell.
