Human centric organisation where they went out of their way to make sure people felt respected and progressed. Great culture and camaraderie. Plagued by issues stemming from the operational complexity of what they were taking on, but improving all the time.

Overall Oyster was a great place to be until beginning of 2023, when new CRO came in.
