Oyster can be a fantastic place to work. The executive leadership is truly mission-driven and strive to bring a culture of transparency, warmth, and passion to the workplace. However, in 2023, with funding runway coming to an end, sales targets being inflated, and stress rising, sales leadership has changed the culture of Oyster to a cold, metrics-driven approach. If you are willing to put your head down and work hard, the $$$ can be great, but I'm nervous for what is to come. Oyster seems to be falling behind competitors like Remote on feature set and pricing.

It was probably one of the healthiest most inclusive and mindful startups in history, unfortuntely due to the slowdown in the HR buyer market, and a new aggressive leadership the DNA of Oyster is long gone. Still possible to make some good money tho
