Micromanaging leadership despite the job being done relatively easily or on autopilot. Still some challenges with selling but conversations were somewhat streamlined and the product is robust.

PitchBook used to be the market leader. Their compensation was market leading, their progression was rapid and it was a startup culture at an established brand. As the industry has become more competitive, we are losing our product edge and inventive structures as well as internal progression has significantly flatlined.

Overall experience has been great, there is a lack of growth opportunity within the CSA role as the positions are very backed up and the only way you'll get promoted is if someone quits or gets fired.
