My overall experience there was good, there were just a lot of changes over the last two years and leadership didn’t seem to be listening to the reps actually selling.

Micromanaging leadership despite the job being done relatively easily or on autopilot. Still some challenges with selling but conversations were somewhat streamlined and the product is robust.

Overall positive experience. Product is still robust and the best in the space, but lags when it comes to AI features, and tougher sell in new business today to a portion of the market with smaller budgets.
