Leadership is awful, culture pretends to be fun and "startupy" but PitchBook is a large enterprise, owned by a fortune 500 company.

CSAs focus on setting meetings for AMs who expand relationships for current customers by selling additional seats to new teams. Leadership is strong and honest. Great paid role for a sales development type position.

PitchBook itself is a great product but the market itself has become very saturated. In the middle market / enterprise space clients have leveraged the product for 6 to some 10+ years at this point and not willing to grow much. The incentives for hitting over quota are great but most reps are not hitting quota regardless.
