Former Employee My overall experience was ok. There is the potential to make good money here, but it's a lot of people fighting over the same accounts. The product isn't in as much demand as it once was. Virtually every solid prospect/account is already either a client or has been inundated by the sales team already. Management goes back and forth with what they want frequently. The culture is kind of juvenile and old school. For instance, there is no work from home for the sales team. Hours at the office are mandated. Most modern sales teams allow employees to come in and leave at hours that work with their calendar without constantly needing manager approval for everything. I've heard of some team members getting talked to about taking "too long of a lunch break". That sort of stuff. Long story short, there are worse and better places to work.
