Current Employee The solution itself shows strong potential, and the sales team is made up of talented professionals. However, the executive leadership lacks clear direction, and there’s a noticeable pattern of micromanagement from the top down. Recent decisions such as replacing experienced Sales Engineers with a less seasoned offshore team have negatively impacted both prospecting and customer growth. Unless there are meaningful changes at the leadership level, I’d advise approaching this opportunity with caution.
