Been here awhile and its not as fruitful as "the good ole days" but honestly there could be a lot worse places to be. Good product market fit but maybe a bit more advanced for where alot of companies are today, so were waiting on the market to actually catch up. Everyone has the same quota, regardless of territory size or tenure. The guy who’s been here 5 years and manages an $8M book has the same number to hit as the guy who’s been here 6 months and has a $1M book. If you hit 100% attainment, you go to club… and only 3 enterprise reps went to club this year.

I believe PagerDuty struggles with coming up with fair territories. There are many accounts that should be considered Enterprise accounts that remain in the Commercial space and vice versa. Even within the same groups, quota's are the same, but opportunity is not.
