It's a well-known fact that the CEO and everyone else hate salespeople. Every AE wakes up fearing they will lose their job. Most don't make it past 6 months, and the rest get fired at month 11, so they don't have to vest their stock.

The absolute worst experience in my career. The sales leaders have zero sales background and dislike salespeople as much as the CEO does. Palantir's approach to Enterprise sales is equivalent to SMB transactional sales at best, and more like a used car lot than a successful similar company. The technology and engineers that implement it are amazing. Some of the most fun work you may ever get to do. Problem lies with a few middle management 'leadership' that rule with an iron fist and you never actually talk to. A wasted opportunity to create an amazingly close team. Everyone is scared.
