Difficult environment where sales has to take a backseat to engineers but can be fruitful if you understand where you fit in the sales motion and support engineering team as needed. Need to be a self-starter to be successful. Don't expect anyone to make it easy for you.

Don't ever work in sales for Palantir. They don't ever pay a rep according to the plan, and sometimes they arbitrarily refuse to pay at all. They hate sales people and treat all of them like crap.

It's not a place to come and sell if you're serious about selling. Read the other reviews and add about 50% more coarseness, it's only compounding. Look at the talent that has left willingly in the last 6-9 months....speaks for itself.
