Palo Alto Networks is an interesting place to work. The product offerings, vision, brand recognition are elite in many regards. The issue has been the sales culture… intense is the word I would use. The intensity seems to be set from the C level, then trickle down. Very demanding job, easily the most demanding in my career. Very heavy on internal processes. It’s a great place to get your footing in cybersecurity, I’m not sure it’s a great place to build long term, at least in sales.

I've worked here 3 years and they are the lowest attainment years of my 25 years in high tech sales. The Cloud/Cortex roles have extremely high quotas that do not map to any reasonable growth rate YoY. If the company expects to grow this business 30%, your quota might represent 400% YoY growth.
