Too much deal inspection, SEs are now required to manage customers consumption, which is now part of overall compensation. Too much self paced training and too many products to learn. While we have overlays you will be pretty much stuck working the opportunity

The experience has been great overall however there is a little bit of a bottleneck in terms of promotions at all levels the longer I’ve been here the more I’m realizing that outside hires are typically preferred. That said the product is fantastic. The culture on most of the teams is really good and it’s easy to make some good money.
