Been a BDR here for 8 months not the hardest job if you know what you are doing. The comp could be a lot better. I will say the culture is positive good people for sure most support I have felt in a role. Wish there was more insensitive to work harder.

Too much deal inspection, SEs are now required to manage customers consumption, which is now part of overall compensation. Too much self paced training and too many products to learn. While we have overlays you will be pretty much stuck working the opportunity
