My experience was somewhat good until the company started hiring VPs that didn’t understand the customers and how we sell. After that it was literally the blind guiding the blind, middle management struggling to get upper management what they wanted and ICs frustrated because quotas are being brought up without any solid explanation, creating bad relationship and poor collaboration between AEs, AMs and PMs

My overall experience was great. Creating a category (WebOps) and getting to Series E/Unicorn status was an incredible ride. Pantheon was slow to adjust from founder-led to unicorn-SAAS leadership and macro headwinds in 2022 led to a few rounds of layoffs but the platform, tech and vision are all still intact.
