Overall, PayFit is a very good company. Known in France as a « School of selling ». The culture is healthy, the SDR team is super funny, everyone gets along with each other. The company is super ambitious and the product market fit is okay. The only con is the base compensation (32k) which is really low compared to the market. However, targets are achievable and over performance is highly rewarded.

PayFit is an incredible place to learn and grow in Sales. It's a good combination of work hard / play hard with a high level of excellence and strong leadership. Incredible culture too with the chance to go to all 3 offices in Paris, Barcelona and London regularly.
